• Early/late season/autumn: 11,000 SEK (approx. €1,100) / week
• High season: 16,700 SEK (approx. €1,500) / week
• Peak high season: 18,500 SEK (approx. €1,660) / week
• Shoulder season: 12,500 SEK (approx. €1,150) / week

ℹ️ In Sweden, holiday periods are commonly planned by "week numbers" – e.g. Wk 33 for the week of 10 to 17 August. These numbers are widely used in holiday home bookings in Sweden.

Accommodation details:

SOMMARLADAN offers 6 beds, spread across two adjacent bedrooms upstairs – 3 beds in each.
A baby cot with mattress and guard, as well as a high chair, are provided. Access to the upper floor via stairs inside and outside.

All beds are freshly made upon arrival!
Included in the price: bed linen (except for the baby cot), one small and one large towel per person/week.
Please bring your own beach towels.

SOMMARLADAN is pet-free.

Final cleaning included:

The final cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning company and is included in the rental price – so you can enjoy your last day of holiday completely relaxed. Just pack up and take the summer feeling home with you!

Booking & payment terms (summary):

You will receive a full rental agreement and an e-invoice.
A deposit of €300 is due upon booking – this forms part of the total rental price.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
The booking is considered binding once the deposit has been received by us.
The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival.
